The thing with Freedom of Expression
I support freedom of expression fully, as long as it is not against the International Declaration of Human Rights and stupidly insulting.
It is tiring to hear the arguments that this or that activist just wants to travel outside. It is tiring to defend someone who does not choose his/her words wisely while behaving stupidly immature and it is hard to be taken serious like this. It is also tiring that such people keep the community far away of becoming united. It is also tiring that for some people it is sometimes more important to establish the own name than to fight for the aim, t-o-g-e-t-h-e-r.
There are people who fight for their aims and risk much of their life. And I can’t blame the wish of travelling of such people, especially not if their life is in danger. I also understand the anger for a certain degree and the wish to express that. And makes me happy to see, that some people found that way. But I would wish, dear activists, please don’t make it too difficult and choose your words wisely. We all win more that way.
